Terms

Wholesale Minimum Order: Ten pieces.

Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. You will receive a second email when your order is shipped so that you may track your package.

Credit Cards: We accept the following cards as means of payment for purchases: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We process all credit cards using Square. Purchases are charged to your credit card when your order ships. Please be sure to provide the cvv code and exact billing address for your card. Incorrect information may cause delays or cancellation of your order.

Shipping: All domestic orders ship via USPS Priority Mail at a flat rate of $10.00, and usually ship within 2-4 weeks.

International Orders: We welcome international orders. Shipping for orders to canada is $30 and shipping to other countries costs $55. International buyers are responsible for any taxes, customs and duties that may be assessed by their government.

Returns: Please contact us (cynthia@cynthiajonesjewelry.com), or your sales rep regarding any order discrepancies or damages within 7 days of receipt. All returns require prior return authorization.

Lost Earrings: In the event of a lost earring, the remaining one must be sent in order to make a replacement that matches. Cost is 50% of the price of the pair. Allow 2 weeks turnaround time.

Handmade: hile we strive to assure fit and sizing is exact and consistent; every piece is handmade to order, so slight variations in appearance and finish are normal.

Product Care

Each piece of our jewelry is hand-crafted and therefore delicate.

14-k Gold-Filled/14k Rose Gold: Buff gently with a soft and dry 100% cotton cloth or a microfiber cloth. NEVER use chemical cleaners on 14k gold-filled jewelry – it can strip or damage the gold finish.

Sterling silver: Sterling will tarnish naturally over time but can be cleaned very easily. You can remove light tarnish by using a soft and dry 100% cotton cloth or microfiber cloth and buff gently. More heavily tarnished sterling silver jewelry can also be cleaned using Tarn-X or similar product. Taking sterling silver jewelry off when washing hands, applying lotion, or showering will help slow or prevent tarnishing of the surface.

Oxidized Sterling: The blackish color of oxidized sterling silver is a special treatment that is achieved by careful processing. Oxidized pieces are lightly coated with wax and buffed. With time and with use, the wax wears off and the color of the oxidized metal may lighten a bit — this is a natural and organic occurrence. If you attempt to clean oxidized sterling silver with a cloth or chemicals, it may hasten the degradation of the  oxidized finish. Oxidized pieces will happily be re-oxidized free of charge, with all shipping and associated insurance paid by the customer.
